Download picsart ,gevin link is in my YouTube video discreption
Open the picsart and click on the pluse icon and select that blue colour background first
After click on the add image that is in picsart
Select the model image
That selected model image cut out tha background with the help of the cut out toon
After click on the save button ,it shows right side
And after select the girls PNG that PNG link is in discreption
And adjust , that girls PNG
After save that image

Open my website and select that image ,which geven in the below of this article and select the background tap on that image long press , after it will download
